Online Booking FAQs

Can anyone use on line bookings?

You must hold a valid beActive Leisure Card to use the online bookings system. If you don’t already have a card, it is very easy to get one! Application forms are available at all of our centres. See the Leisure Card section for more information.

 

I want to book an activity that doesn't appear in the list of available activities. What do I do?                   

Not all our activities are available online.  If the activity you require is not on the list please telephone or call in at the centre direct.

 

What is the latest I can book an activity online prior to its start time?

You can book up to 30 minutes before the court or class time.

 

How do I cancel a booking?

To cancel any booking, log in to the online booking system and click on 'Future Bookings'; then simply click 'Cancel' next to the bookings you want to remove.  Alternatively you can telephone the centre where the booking was made. If you give 24 hours notice or more, no charges will be made.
