In the Tynedale district, North Country Leisure provides services at Wentworth Leisure Centre, Prudhoe Waterworld, Hexham Swimming Pool, Prudhoe Football and Sports Centre and Prudhoe Westworld.
We operate a Sports Development team from our head office in Hexham , who provide advice and support to local sports organisations, helping them to secure funding for activities to encourage more people to take part in physical activities.
Healthy Life is our successful partnership scheme between NCL Tynedale and the Northumberland Care Trust to help people with various medical conditions to take part in different activities in a supervised setting.
We also run a Health Walks scheme which provides a range of walks to suit all abilities.
